- Business Development & Design-In
- Identify new customers and build strategic partnerships with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
- Expand the customer base across domestic and global Battery Pack and ESS manufacturers.
- Lead overall sales and technical communications to drive the Design-In process.
- Technical Sales Support
- Prepare technical proposals and competitive analysis reports, including datasheet comparisons.
- Manage customer technical issues in close collaboration with the FAE team.
- Handle RFI/RFQ responses, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Relay customer requirements to internal teams to influence product development.
- Market Strategy & Operations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities on a regular basis.
- Manage order status and provide regular reports on sales performance.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to enhance brand awareness.
