Division Details
Responsibilities
  • Business Development & Design-In
    • Identify new customers and build strategic partnerships with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
    • Expand the customer base across domestic and global Battery Pack and ESS manufacturers.
    • Lead overall sales and technical communications to drive the Design-In process.
  • Technical Sales Support
    • Prepare technical proposals and competitive analysis reports, including datasheet comparisons.
    • Manage customer technical issues in close collaboration with the FAE team.
    • Handle RFI/RFQ responses, pricing, and contract negotiations.
    • Relay customer requirements to internal teams to influence product development.
  • Market Strategy & Operations
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities on a regular basis.
    • Manage order status and provide regular reports on sales performance.
    • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
    • Proven track record in Fabless sales or marketing.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Strong business communication skills in English or Chinese.
    • Prior experience in BMS (Battery Management System) semiconductor sales.
